Job Description

Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in their search for an experienced team member who can hit the ground running to positively impact the efficiency and productivity of their customer service/claims team.With impressive growth plans and a newly formed team, this is an exciting time to join the company. Offering a friendly & vibrant, team working environment where you will collaborate with customers and team members alike to maintain the excellent serviceoffered and a trust pilot rating of 4.6!You will need to be experienced, hard-working, positive and confident in communication (verbal and written) and adaptability, with an excellent eye for detail.Role Responsibilities include:- Handling new and existing customer contact over the phone, email and web chat.- Handling and making decisions on claims submitted by customers over the phone and in writing.- Working within company procedures at all times.- Explain complex situations verbal and transfer into a written document.- Complaint handling.- Proactive approach in maintaining communication every step of the way and ensuring everyone is kept in the loop.- Assist with external trade clients offering excellent customer service and problem solving.Person Specification:- Customer service experience- Telephone based customer service experience- Positive and engaging character- Attention to detail- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment- Competent with computers and basic IT - experience of CRMs would be advantageous- Ability to follow processes even when under pressureThe role is open to full and part-time applicants who can offer availability Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7am - 10pm.
