Job Description

Atkinson Moss are looking for customer service candidates with a real interest in a call focused role to answer incoming calls and provide information, answer questions and resolve customer queries.You will need a confident and personable telephone manner with good IT skills and an excellent work ethic. In return you can expect a modern, friendly, and professional working environment, full training, a basic salary of £20,319 plus monthly performancerelated bonus.Role Responsibilities:

  • Talking to new and existing customers via inbound calls and web chat enquiries.
  • Explaining the service, and acting as an adviser, to help customers select the correct package.
  • Contacting customers to ensure their records are up to date.
  • Achieving the expected call quality & sales related targets.
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, actively converting customer queries into orders.
  • Up-selling additional products and services.
  • Learning about new and existing products and the USP’s of each, so that products and services can be tailored to customers depending on their individual needs and requirements.
Skills and Experience:Whether you are looking to step into the office environment for the first time, or fully experienced in this type of setting, Atkinson Moss would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:
  • Excellent people, listening and communication skills, written or verbal
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Good standards of literacy and numeracy
  • Good IT skills
  • Fantastic work ethic
The roles are being offered on a permanent basis working a 37.5hr week which will include 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) in every 3 weekend.
