Job Description

Sales Team Manager - £35k + benefits - ( 1 year Fixed contract - may lead to permanent)NorwichThis is a key leadership role Supervising and leading the CALL CENTRE team leaders and responsible for all aspects of the sales team and working with the Operations teams, they will be responsible for ensuring their team work to the highest possible standardsin sales delivery, customer service etc.Key responsibilities: Supervising the team leaders responsible for the Domestic Sales Team ensuring that KPI targets are met, and performance standards are maintained to a high level.Direct responsibility for the online and syndicate business. Direct responsibility for the retention team. Supporting the Head of Domestic Sales to communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members. Ensure adherence to company sales strategies and topromote team member awareness of company processes and procedures.Conduct monthly team leader reviews. Oversee monthly performance sales advisor reviews with team leadersGenerate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance.Perform management duties when the Head of Domestic Sales is absent or out of office including pricing and resource management. Provide quality customer experience, including interactingwith customers, answering customer enquiries.
