The Management Committee at Northumberland PRU are looking to appoint a Unit Manager to deliver high quality, healthy and nutritional food to staff and students at Northumberland Pupil Referral Unit. The Cook will also be responsible for ordering food provisions, stock management and maintaining high standards of hygiene within the school kitchen environment. It is desirable for you to have experience working in a school kitchen and hold a Level 2 in food hygiene and food preparation.
