Job Description

  • Sales Location: North England, Scotland & Ireland
  • Industry: Industrial Air Quality - Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Salary Package: £60,000 + Company Vehicle + Commission (up to 35% of salary)
We are seeking a Sales Leader to join our fantastic clients Industrial Air Quality Sales team within Industrial Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and aftermarket goals in the North of England, Scotland & Ireland, focusingon companyproducts for dust and fume filtration. This role offers flexible working arrangements and requires a degree of UK & Ireland travel. Day to Day of the role:
  • Execute annual sales and marketing goals for the Industrial Air Quality business unit within the assigned region.
  • Develop new customer relationships through meetings, presentations, and seminars.
  • Exceed regional bookings and sales goals through strategic planning and direction.
  • Provide a rolling Bookings Forecast and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline within SalesForce.
  • Encourage the sale of standard products while managing custom product enquiries.
  • Oversee individual sales performance of agents, resellers, OEMs, and end-users to surpass quotas.
  • Engage in technical and commercial discussions with customers and focus on strategic key markets for new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (Desirable).
  • Proven sales or commercial business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or industrial distribution.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing new markets.
  • Experience in sales of industrial products with varying cycle times.
  • Track record of acquiring and maintaining direct sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Full driving licence and valid passport (Essential).
