They are looking forpeople with the desire to start and build their career in the care sector, or those with an existing background who are looking for their next career opportunity.As a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker, you will be delivering support to adults who live in their own accommodation provided by the service in a wonderful complex in beautiful settings. Your role will be to encourage and enable service users to engagewith their local community and give them the opportunity to make lifestyle choices of their own. You will follow care plans which are designed specifically for each service user, and help them to live as independently as possible.Experience is not essential; however, you will have the desire to work in care and progress in your career. You will have the opportunity to progress in your career in the care sector, and you will get an instant pay rise after passing your probation.
