You’ll replace someone who has retired and join a team of Administrators, supporting them with your knowledge and experience. This client is exceptionally busy, they provide investmentand pension advice to a range of high-net-worth individuals in the region, therefore the work is both complex and interesting. As an employer, their culture, whilst professional with traditional values, is relaxed and supportive, with high retention of staff.They are looking for a driven, organised and experienced IFA Administrator to work alongside them in their stylish, modern offices, located in the picturesque town of Berwick, close to the Scottish border. With excellent transport links, including free parkingand just a short walk from the train station, this is a fantastic opportunity. Alternatively, they have an office in Chester-le-Street where you can be based, part of the week.The ideal candidate will hold industry qualifications to Level 3 or, be willing to study to achieve Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Full study support is provided and upon passing each exam, you will also benefit from a salary increase.Responsibilities are varied and will include:-· Completing, submitting and processing new business via platforms and product providers· Prepare application packs and illustrations· Take ownership of organising monthly client reviews including preparation of review files, valuations and investment performance reports· Produce letters, reports and invoices as required· Liaise with clients in a friendly professional manner both on the phone and face to face· Maintain detailed and accurate records, databases and paper files making sure these are up to date and compliant· Maintain and manage spreadsheets and other records· Carry out general office tasks including photocopying, scanning and filingQualifications:· Ideally, Level 3 qualified and willing to study to achieve DipPFSKnow someone who the above job would be a perfect fit forREFER THEM ...and receive £250 when they start in their new role!
