Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Northumberland Salary: £32KOur client is one of the largest and fastest growing online print shops in the UK, and theyre looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager support this growth. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Content Manager and Junior Content Editorto form a strong strategic leadership team within the Marketing division, all reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. At the moment, the client is operating an extremely flexible work from home policy to keep their teams safe, but expect a2-3 day office-based approach in the future, once its safe to do so. Responsibilities: Developing and managing a forward-thinking acquisition strategy, primarily overseeing the PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social and Display initiatives, as well as support with SEO and Affiliates. Effectively managing the entire paid media budget. Systematically reviewing the acquisition team toolkit, reviewing platforms, services and agencies to add efficiencies, automations, and improve processes to meet the business demands and growth. Creating and managing a media dashboard that measures marketing KPIs. Create and own acquisition test & learn roadmap. Work with internal- and external stakeholders to optimise channel conversion rates. Working closely with partner agencies. Make recommendations on which partners to support. Live and breathe channel performance to highlight wins and identify opportunities to improve performance. Share insights and recommendation with the wider team. Requirements: Stakeholder management Reporting and analysis. Commercial acumen to make objective and financially sound solutions. Experience of Google tools; Adwords, Analytics, SA360, Campaign Manager, Double click. Agency management experience. 5+ years marketing experience in a brand / service ecommerce environment, preferably with strong B2B experience. 3+ years in an acquisition marketing function with proven hands-on experience with PPC, Paid Social, and Display Affiliate and SEO is a bonus Benefits: Staff discount. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
