Adecco are delighted to be representing our client for an excellent opportunity that has arisen for an Estimations Engineer, based in County Durham.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative and established business, this is a perfect opportunity for a candidate looking to gain invaluable experience with an excellent company, in starting a rewarding Engineering career.Our client is open to accepting applications from Mechanical Engineering graduates.Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 The Role Some of the responsibilities for this role include:§ Design and pricing of AHU selections.§ Producing technical submissions that comply with customer requirements.§ To work closely with our sales team & customers.§ Be a focal point for customers, helping to resolve any issues and improve our service to them.§ To be expected to adapt to the many diverse aspects of the estimating engineer role.§ Building up good relationships with customers. Skills/Experience § Experience within the air handling unit sector preferable§ Commercial awareness§ Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft IT systems§ Ability to use own initiative.§ Logical and methodical approach to problem solving.§ Have good written & communication skills.§ Team player.Academic Qualifications:§ GCSE in Maths, and English, grade C minimum or equivalent.§ Mechanical Engineering Graduates considered.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
