A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a well known company based in Northumberland.The Role:Managing a small team of Customer Service AdvisorsDevelop and implement export strategies in Europe and USAWorking closely with key accounts and customers.Working closely with productionThe Person:Confident and highly organised Customer Service ManagerExperienced and highly knowledgeable of Export within Europe and USA (Essential)Motivate and lead a team of Customer Service AdvisorsAble to build and develop solid relationships.Ideally from a manufacturing background.Proficient in MS Office and CRM database.Great benefits available, working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm,Salary £29000 depending on level of experience Required skills
