Job Description

Are you looking to make a difference in Childrens lives Do you have social work experience of working within childrens servicesHere is an opportunity for you to work in aChildrens Social Workerrole within theCourt Team.The rate of pay is up£38per hourand the role is based in Northamptonshire.HYBRID Role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and young people, families, carers and communities to help them make informed decisions, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to service planning.
  • Identify risk of abuse and investigate complaints of alleged neglect, abuse or ill-treatment of children; undertake assessments and, where appropriate, arrange accommodation for children, young people.
  • Apply critical reflection and analysis to inform and provide a rationale for professional decision-making
  • To complete court reports and assessments/statements.
Reed is now offering a joining bonus of£250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.Requirements for this role:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Must have experience of minimum 2 years in Social Work
  • Must have experience of court work.
  • Hold a UK Driving License
