We enable organisations to access the talent they need to grow, thrive, and succeed in an ever-changing world, by providing bespoke solutions that best meet ourclients’ future demands.As our in-house talent attraction and marketing expert you will provide expert advice and talent attraction marketing services to existing, new, and prospective clients, working in partnership with our delivery and sales teams to provide the best solution.This is an important and relatively new role in our team and therefore provides an opportunity for someone to shape the position and make it their own.The role is very varied, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who is comfortable pivoting between tasks and wearing many hats, including creative, analytical and client-facing.Key responsibilities:

  • You will work with our delivery team to interpret our clients’ EVP, research the candidate market, and translate into tailored talent attraction and marketing plans.
  • On a tactical level you could be involved in editing and rewriting job adverts and creating social media or content for live campaigns.
  • On a strategic level you will work closely with our business development teams to write bid content for live bids and design talent attraction and marketing strategies.
  • As the central point of contact for our talent sourcing and attraction teams, they will come to you for expert advice on how to maximise advertising efforts, so if you enjoy working in an advisory/coaching role then this would suit you.
  • This role works collaboratively across several internal functions including the Bid team, central marketing, learning and development and others so working across boundaries will be something you are already comfortable with.
Ideal attributes:
  • Extensive experience gained in a marketing role
  • Experience of talent attraction & marketing
  • Experience in creating recruitment marketing plans and interpreting EVP’s
  • Creative copywriting skills
  • Experience analysing trends and bringing to life marketing proposals
  • Commercially driven with strong stakeholder engagement
