Job Description

Academic MentorAnnual Salary: To bediscussed.Location: North WestLondonJob Type: Full-timeJoin a vibrant team in a comprehensive school in North West London as an Academic Mentor. This full-time position offers an opportunity to shape the academic success and overall student experience in a diverse and dynamic environment.Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide one-on-one and group academic support to students, helping them understand complex concepts, improve study habits, and enhance their problem-solving skills.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Monitor and report on the academic progress of students, identifying areas of improvement and implementing targeted interventions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices in academic mentoring.
