Job Description

Factory Operatives4 on 4 off permanent days*£28392 per annum after training period*Inclusive of shift allowanceMYNT Recruitment are pleased to be working exclusively with Brocklesby Ltd to recruit several PERMANENT Factory Operatives based at their modern recycling facility in North Cave.We are looking for PERMANENT Factory Operatives who will be working at their processing plant operating various equipment in the recycling process of fatty food waste and edible oils. The job is varied and you will undergo comprehensivetraining. Processes involved include:

  • Receiving in various containers
  • Processing of fats, oils and greases which may contain food waste
  • Operating machinery
  • Loading and unloading of oil product from road tankers
  • Loading and unloading of products from various trailers
  • Manual handling of containers
  • General housekeeping and hygiene duties
  • Cleaning around the factory areas as well as cleaning out containers
  • Operating a FLT and skid steer bobcat (training given)
  • Following standard operating procedures
You will be working with a team on the production line to improve safety and productivity.Initially you will be working for a couple of weeks on day shift Monday to Friday (paid a training wage). You will then progress onto working a 6:00AM to 6:00PM 4 on 4 off shift pattern with generous pay and shift allowance.If you are looking for a permanent opportunity with a company that offers full training and career progression in the waste recycling industry, then this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team.
