Winner of the Caterer.com Emerging Talent Initiative, Eden Hotel Collection are excited to be opening up applications for the next intake of Level 3 Spa Apprentices.This is designed for qualified (or soon to be) Level 2 Beauty students looking for an alternative to a college apprenticeship, OR for those who completed a Level 2 apprenticeship elsewhere and are looking to expand their skills in a luxury boutique spa environment.What youll be doingOur Academy will provide the opportunity for you to work with us on a full-time basis and to earn while you learn, setting you up with the very best skills, qualifications and experience to begin your career in the industry.We have partnered with the InternationalBeauty and Holistic Academy to create a bespoke Level 3 Beauty/Wellbeing & Holistic Therapyqualification, where instead of day release, you will attend 3 days of training per month across 20 months, either at one of our hotels or at our training centre inGloucester (with accommodation and travel costs covered).You will join us in initially mastering reception duties, before honing your Level 2 skills with ESPA training to deliver facials. As your training continues, so will your experience, allowing you to train and deliver massage, body wraps and advanced treatments,all supported by Eden Masterclasses with ESPA and Orly.This is a unique experience bespoke to Eden Hotel Collection, where you can develop through your Level 3 qualification whilst delivering advanced treatments prior to full qualification completion.What youll need

• To be successful you will have gained a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy;
• To be committed and passionate about a career within the beauty/spa industry;
• Be prepared to apply yourself to the Level 3 qualification and studies and work hard in recognition of this amazing opportunity;
• A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to a five star spa service standard;
• Exceptional grooming standards;
• It goes without saying that a positive can do attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit, as well as a real and evident passion for both the industry and for Elan Spas.

What to expectOur Spa opening times are usually between 6:30am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.You will be working a minimum of 30 hours, across 5 days per week (inclusive of training days).Our spas are busiest from Friday to Sunday, with weekendsoff awarded on a rotation basis.Whats in it for youPerks of Eden:
