What youll be doingThe challenges in hospitality are well documented and like most employers.were on a journey with our people agenda and so its a really exciting time to join. Weve already started work to improve employee engagement, mental health and wellness as wellas pay and benefits but with an ambitious people strategy and forthcoming launch of our new valuestheres lots still to do.Youll be instrumental in driving this strategy within the resort, helping shape our culture and ultimately driving retention. The day to day remit is as youd expectits a truly generalist role with responsibility for managing resourcing and onboarding,payroll, ER related issues and supporting both the team and line managers. Our HR approach is focused more around the key drivers of people and talent more so than a process driven employee relations approach. That said, common sense and legally compliantmanagement of HR matters will be essential. Its all about balance!More so, youll be embedding HR initiatives across the business by hand selecting the best talent, providing the right training and development, remunerating, rewarding, and supporting our team.This role reports directly to the Group Head of HR with line management responsibility of a full time HR Assistant.What youll need
