Job Description

Tec Partners have partnered with a market leading medical device company designing, developing, and manufacturing drug delivery devices across the globe. They are leading the way in drug delivery device innovation, driven by customer and patent demand, offeringthe potential to create new treatments and opportunities worldwide.Validation Lead:My client are looking for a Validation Lead to help further the development of their validation engineering team, taking responsibility for risk-based validation qualification of the equipment and process. Acting as a role model for the operations function,you will be contributing to developing strategy in terms of long-term planning, new technologies, processes and training for the engineering function to drive the best-in-class manufacturing.Validation Lead Responsibilities:

  • Provide full resource management to the validation engineering team ensuring that the business validation resource requirements are met
  • Drive team in streamlining processes to improve customer experience
  • Manage protocol generation, execution support, data analysis for validation engineering activities
  • Lead, review and approve qualification documentation on behalf of the validation engineering department
  • Generate and maintain validation engineering standard operating procedures
Validation Lead Requirements:
  • Bachelors or masters degree within a relevant scientific subject
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in validation / manufacturing / production
  • Management experience is highly beneficial
  • Establishing metrics / KPIs to drive production / manufacturing improvement
  • Worked in international quality standards, preferably medical devices ISO 13485
  • Development of SOPs and work instructions
