They are now looking to add an ambitious Territory Account Manager to the teamClient DetailsThe companyI am delighted to be working with Sysmex UK Ltd in their search for a Territory Account Manager to look after the East Anglia region.Sysmex UK Ltd are a leading diagnostics business that holds 70% market share. They are the distributors and support network for Sysmex diagnostic analysers, oncology, digital microscopy and flow cytometer solutions for laboratories and healthcare facilitieswithin the UK and Ireland. Sysmex UK Ltd prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and cutting-edge technology, in order to aid the customer and patient.DescriptionAs Territory Account Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in delivering on the overall strategy objectives, taking ownership and delivering on targets
  • Deliver all pre and post sales activity for the Sysmex Haematology and Haemostasis equipment and services within your territory
  • Selling the Sysmex Managed Service Contract (MSC) this will include a wider portfolio of products including 3rd party business
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing excellent relationships with your customers, prospects and all areas of the Sysmex UK organisation
  • Once you have secured a customer you will grow and develop long term relationships for future business
  • providing a detailed forecast for your business which you will update real time and submit monthly
ProfileTo be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will:
  • Ideally have previous experience of Key Account Management in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role
  • Understand complex sales and/or tenders, ideally in the diagnostics arena
  • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Be a self-motivated, self-starting individual
  • Ideally have experience of NHSi networks and approaches to procurement
