Job Description

If you enjoy working remotely and relish taking ownership over your own workload, we are partnering one of our long standing clients within the business services and consultancy sector on a regional Senior HR Advisor role. The company has seen year after year growth and recently won "Employer of the year". The role will be based remotely and will be covering the Norfolk region . The role will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients who will be primarily concentrated in Norfolk. You will be part of a larger HR team who are based both within the Head office in Cambridgeshire as well as across the UK supporting different regions. As such you will have great deal of support remotely and will be remotely reporting into a HR Manager. It would suit individuals who are comfortable working on their own and managing their own work load. Equally, as the role will be client facing the ability to manage different relationships and a solution focused approach whilst adhere to service levels is very important. It is a great opportunity for someone to put their own mark on the role and drive it forwards.The remit itself is varied in nature as you will be supporting clients on a full range of HR issues, whilst also allowing you to build strong working and positive relationships with your clients.   • Support a portfolio of Education Sector clients on all aspects of HR management
  • Respond to a wide range of Client enquiries including complex casework on recruitment and selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability (performance and health) cases, grievance, redundancy and whole school restructures, academy conversions and TUPEetc., liaising senior colleagues where appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leader
  • Visiting Clients
  • Advising on Hearings and Appeals as well as advising at Union consultations
  • Key Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3 or 5
  • ER and Case work experience
  • Previous experience of working within the Education Sector is highly desirable but not essential
