Registered ManagerAre you looking for a new challenge and would like to lead a team where you can work with like-minded people to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in care Would you like to be part of the Care Management team for a forward-thinkingcharity If so, we would love to hear from you!Position: Registered Manager - Residential Childrens HomeLocation: King’s Lynn, NorfolkJob type: Permanent / Full TimeHours: 37 hours per weekSalary: £40,369 - £47,094, depending on skills and experienceClosing Date: Friday 7th July 2023About the RoleThe Registered Manager will be providing operational leadership and management to a solo children’s home team. You will be empowered and supported to develop and shape your services to deliver outstanding outcomes for the children or young person that livesin the home, leading and developing your team to perform at their best.This role sits as part of the Care Management Team, alongside 16 other managers (of which 4 manage solo /dual children’s homes) so you will have lots of peer support, and opportunities to stretch your own skills and talents and develop your career. You willreceive incredible support from a highly skilled and experienced Head of Service, as well as 2 days per week of support from our therapeutic team, an outstanding workforce development team and lots of wider support from across the organisation.In your role, you’ll have access to the following benefits:

The charity operates services for vulnerable children and families and needs to ensure that steps are taken to protect both them and the staff teams from the transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
