Job Description

Reconnect Co-ordinatorOur well-established client located in Norfolk-Thetford, are seeking a Reconnect Coordinator to join their friendly team on a Full time - Permanent basis with a salary of £26,788 depending upon experience. Flexible Hybrid working.Job Overview Located in Norfolk-Thetford, RECONNECT aims to address the health inequalities experienced by those released from prison. The service starts working with people before they leave prison, where they will have access to a RECONNECT worker, who helps them tomake the transition to community-based services that will provide the health and care support that they need.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Reconnect Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide comprehensive, inclusive and bespoke Reconnect service.You will be required to assist the Recovery Support Team Leader to implement a comprehensive, robust strategy in line with the RECONNECT contract and IAPT Recovery Support Fundraising targets.To build and maintain excellent partnerships with external agencies and key-stakeholders. Recruit and Develop volunteers for Recovery Support & RECONNECT.To Implement a clear referral pathway including Offender Management in Custody, Family / Self, Prison Healthcare.You will be required to support the recruitment, training and retention of RECONNECT workers and trainees Support the Team Leader to collect and compile year to date data, to be submitted monthly via a data collection template.Skills Required As a Reconnect Coordinator you will have Excellent organisational skills, able to establish and maintain relationships with service users and other key stakeholders, you will have previous experience of working within the criminal justice sector.Benefits
