Qualified Social Worker - Norfolk County Council - Fostering Recruitment Team - £32ph + Negotiable!We are looking for a full time level 2 Social worker to join our very supportive and enthusiastic team. This is to cover maternity leave. We are based at County Hall, and we work county wide.Our aim is to recruit and assess new fostering applicants and agency foster carers who are wishing to transfer to Norfolk Fostering Service. We get involved in recruitment, assessing applicants, going to Panel and sometimes delivering training. We are anexperienced and established team.You will need to have good written and analytical assessment skills, must have experience of safeguarding and working with children in care and some understanding of their issues and also work efficiently within strict deadlines and to a high standard.The outcome is to produce and present coramBAAF, Form F, Fostering Assessments to Norfolk Fostering Panel for recommendation and approval. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.Hybrid working is a key feature of this role with mainly working from home and occasional office visits.
