Private Patient Advisor and Administrator | Administration | Norwich | Flexible to 30 hours or 37.5 hours per week Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking a highly motivated, flexible and articulate individual with a flair for exceptional customer service towork within the Private Patient Team. Spire Norwich Hospital holds a long-standing reputation for providing high quality, comprehensive private hospital care. Our facilities are excellent and the hospital is staffed by a valued team of highly skilled professionals.We have 4 theatres, 2 wards, comprising of 50 beds, and deliver a range of outpatient services through our busy and dynamic outpatient and diagnostic imaging departments providing a progressive and stimulating environment for our highly motivated team. Workinghours are between Mondays to Saturdays with an expectation the successful candidate will work a Saturday shift on a weekly basis. Duties and responsibilities: The post holders primary responsibility is to generate activity for the hospital by converting self-fundingenquiries to an appointment. Produce self-funding contracts/treatment letters and building quotations. The ideal candidate will be happy working with targets, communicating effectively and supporting prospective patients to make an informed decision. In addition,you will need to work closely with Consultants and their Medical Secretaries to ensure that opportunities are maximised through the provision of excellent customer service and an extensive knowledge of our service portfolio.
