Job Title:Mortgage Sales ManagerLocation:Norfolk & SuffolkBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:J124MBMCRemuneration:£35,000 - £45,000 basic plus car allowance with an OTE £70,000 - £80,000Overview:A well-respected mortgage brokers is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage an existing team of 5-10 home based self-employed mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional self-employed brokers in the Norfolk & Suffolk area.Main Duties:An excellent and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise a team of home based CeMAP qualified self-employed mortgage brokers.You will be managing an existing team of 7-10 home based self-employed mortgage brokers, working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach and support the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations in the Norfolk & Suffolk area. As well as recruiting additional self-employed mortgage brokers to join your team.You will carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving their own individual targets.Our client will offer a basic to £45k plus BMW 4 series or car allowance, commission on all business banked, bonuses dependent upon file quality that equates to an OTE of £75k - £80kKey Skills:Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers with previous mortgage management experience.
