They work with some of theleading distributors and suppliers across the UK and Europe and their facility is purpose built and a true modern engineering showcase.The RoleDue to extensive growth within the overall business and their flagship food production facility based in Norfolk, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager who will have full responsibility for the skilled team of engineeringtechnicians, providing planning and practical support to ensure the effective and efficient performance of the processes and equipment on site. The Engineering Manager will also have responsibility for key metrics such as MTTR and MTBF as well as primary budgetmanagement and CI activity.The PersonIdeally you will be an experienced Maintenance leader from within a BRC compliant and hygienic food manufacturing environment who has been managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records in their role. You will be strategic in mindsetbut willing to be hands on when required and support the team on breakdowns and installation and commissioning projects.
