Job Description

Job Title: Interim Regional Nurse (2-Month + Contract)Location: East AngliaAre you an experienced nurse with a passion for complex care Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting staff and patients alike If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently seeking an Interim Regional Nurse to join a team for a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension. As an Interim Regional Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support across multiple locations in East Anglia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to staff members across various care packages.
  • Assist with complex care needs and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
  • Travel to different locations within the North East and North West regions to support staff and patients.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver effective care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid pin.
  • Previous experience in complex care settings is essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage complex patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and situations.
