The successful candidates will join us at the start of this exciting journey;working together to help shape our future services.Our CQC registered replacement care service is delivered through 3 CQC residential registered schemes and offers our customers a great opportunity to develop independent living skills, socialise and make new friends. Our 15 beds are spread across Great Yarmouth,Norwich and Kings Lynn and provide small, homely facilities that are well equipped enabling us to support people with complex care needs.During 2023-24 there is a planned review of replacement care facilities in Norfolk led by Norfolk County Council Commissioners. This role will be a Champion of Change and key in supporting the Director and Deputy Director of Care to adapt and develop newservices in response to customer needs and commissioner intentions.Key responsibilities of the role will be:
