Job Description

Gas Heating Engineers - Service and BreakdownEstablished, leading Domestic Heating and boiler company covering the East Anglia region requires domestic ACS Gas Engineers to work on social housing properties. Duties will cover annual boiler servicing and boiler breakdowns.To be considered you will have a significant experience in domestic servicing and repairs with ideally a background in Social Housing.We require candidates to have the following:Essential:

  • Candidates must hold a Gas Safe Certificate and relevant in-date qualifications to work on Domestic Gas Appliances - CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 as a minimum
  • Full UK Driving Licence
    • Desirable:
  • CoNGLP1/PD/RPH, Unvented Cylinders, OFTEC (Oil), LGP qualifications
    • Location:Working within Norfolk. Candidates need to be located within the NR postcode areas.Salary/Overtime:
  • Basic salary: £32,000 to £34,000 pa
  • Overtime Rate: £22.00 p/hr
  • OTE circa £36,000-£40,000
  • Call-out Rota: 1 week in 4/5
  • Call-out Rates: A retainer of £10 per day is also payable when on call-out rota
    • Hours:
  • Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00 pm
