FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER / FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANNORFOLKUP TO £35k(DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + COMPANY VANGrafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global energy company on an exclusive and retained basis. The company supply into various industries including industrial engineering, agricultural and food. This is a customer facing role where you will travel to customer sites and assist with maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You will be expected to travel within a 250 mile radius of Norfolk. All expenses will be covered.THE ROLE:As a Field Service Engineer you will be required to:* Work closely with customers - provide technical support and resolve faults in a timely manner with a methodical approach* Servicing and maintenance of existing equipment* Provide labour and parts estimates* Produce Field Service Reports after completing work at customer site* Plan preventative maintenance - produce materials listTHE CANDIDATE:The ideal Field Service Engineer:* Previous experience working in a similar role or a Maintenance Engineer who is seeking a field based career* Background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering* Previous experience working in any of the following industries energy, generator, industrial plant, marine or forces.* Natural fault-finding ability * Physically fit and willing to work outdoor in all weather conditions* Relevant qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline* Full clean driving licenseCOMMUTABLE FROM:Acle, Beccles, Cromer, Great Yarmouth, Halesworth, Norwich, ThetfordBENEFITS:* £30k - £35k* Company car with travel allowance* Contributory Pension Scheme * 25 Days Annual Leave & Statutory Holidays* To be a part of a truly global company that are market leaders in their industryHOW TO APPLY:To be considered for this role, please click on the link provided.
