The appointed Family Solicitor will be dealing with a mixed caseload ofmatters including cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, divorce, finance and property, separation, children law matters, domestic abuse and collaborative law. The successful Family Lawyer can work on a hybrid basis and on offer is the opportunity to achievea great work life balance and deal with a varied caseload of family matters. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects along with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking and passionate and willhave gained at least 3 years plus experience in this area of law. The successful Family Solicitor must be committed to understanding clients requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.THE FIRM:On offer is the opportunity to work within a close-knit team on a part time hybrid working basis.
