Job Description

Conveyancer Our Client is looking for a qualified and experienced conveyancer who will be responsible for residential conveyancing within an estate planning and legal business. You wil play a pivital role in the continual growth of the Practice through managingyour case load, providing advice and also dealing with our files from contracts in a consultative and pro-active manner. The ideal candidate will have a background within a similar arena, be empathetic, credible and also tenatious. You will be an inclusivemember of the Team and a valuable advisor.What Were Looking For.The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar EPC or legal organisation. Proven track record of client services, business tenacity and managed workload. The convenancor will ensure a smooth flow of task and outcomes for all involved. An opportunity to develop yourself, gain strong experience and make a positive impact.What Youll Be DoingEnsuring that we are providing excellent and ground breaking service to our customers by managing case loads and making recommendations, communicating at all level and especially with our clients. Drafting documents such as contracts, checking said contractsand working with all key stakeholders. Following and advising on process and ensuring a smooth running of the process at a high level.Qualities/Qualifications Youll Possess

  • 2+ years as a qualified and experienced conveyancor/lawyer/solicitor
  • CLC qualification attained or equivalent (Dip4/Dip6)
  • CPD training
  • Excellent & proven mathematic, IT, written, negotiation, reserach skills
  • Critical thinking with a collaborative nature, great communication skills is a must
  • Strong emotional and situational intelligence
  • Well rounded character, able to speak with many different people at different levels with an engaging and thorough disposition
