Norfolk and Norwich University HospitalPermanentFull Time£45,000 - £55,000 pa + Excellent Corporate Benefits PackageHere at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), Serco deliver a critical facilities management solution, with the aim of providing an exceptional service that continues to improve patient outcomes and reduces costs for our NHS partners.We have a position for an experienced operational Compliance Manager to join our Hard FM Services Team on our Healthcare Contract at NNUH.You will focus on ensuring that the asset and PPM data in the Concept CAFM system is accurately and consistently maintained to meet statutory, contractual and Serco standards. You will be responsible for providing user training to operatives as well as supportSupervisors in scheduling tasks to various staff members.The Concept CAFM system will be the source of data for the monthly report and the Compliance Manager, supporting the Account Management Team, will develop and produce the data in tabular and graphical form to present to the client so it is imperative thatyou possess experience including data set up, asset and PPM functionality. You will manage and maintain the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) which will be used by the Contract Management Team for input to the clients annual capital lifecycle plan submission.Also, you will become the Concept lead on the Account and will mentor and support the other Concept users.Your experience will incorporate data management skills, including the ability to use MS Excel to organise and manipulate data and you will bee confident interfacing with senior management, operational teams and clients.What youll need to do the roleYou will naturally be an analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills, preferably qualified in a Building Services discipline with a good working understanding of all M&E systemsPractical operational experience of asset management and maintenance operation and an understanding of the contractual context of asset management.You will be able to confidently demonstrate your experience of managing and implementing change programmes and examples of innovation.Discretion and dignity for others is required for this roleyou may be required to visit areas that have patients.Why SercoMeaningful and vital work:Working within Facilities Management at Serco means that youll play a critical role in ensuring that patients continue to receive the care they need 24/7.A world of opportunity: It takes a diverse team to support a hospital and were big on internal progression.
