Our client is looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join their team Band 5 Physiotherapist Neurology Salary £30, 000Start ASAP Our client in Norfolk is looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to work in Neurology .Our client is a purpose built care home that provides en-suite accommodation for 18 residents with neurological conditions.The home is designed for individuals with a physical disability or neurological conditionJOB PURPOSETo provide a service to clients that is devoted to the rehabilitation, care and support of people wil complex clinical/neurological needs.To provide a service that aims to facilitate clients independence and improve their quality of life; whilst acknowledgin safety issues.RESPONSIBILTIESProvide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.Work as part of large MDT to provide functional holistic approach to management of complex patient group Set up and monitor therapy management and treatment programs.Train carers and support staff to assist in delivering therapy programmes where appropriate.Undertake risk assessments of tasks delegated to others.Liaison with Care managers regarding provision of careLiaison with other agencies.Offering support to clients and their family. Acting as an advocate for the client.Producing accurate and detailed records.To attend continuing care reviews/internal reviews and provide up to date reportsProducing formal reports.Attendance at hospital/clinic appointments if required if required.Offer potential "on call" service if required.Identifying and planning goals of intervention and regularly reviewing / updating these.Completing and producing all necessary paperuork in relation to the client as required by the Care Quality Commission.To receive supervision as arranged To attend relevant meetings.To attend relevant mandatory training courses.To complete all necessary paperwork / tasks in accordance with our clients policy and procedure.If you are interested in this great opportunity, please call Alison on
