Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a talented and experienced recruitment professional to come and lead the resourcing plans acrossthe Ardonagh MGA segment.The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a desire to provide a proactive, high calibre recruitment service across the various businesses units that sit within our segment.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a unique and complex insurance business.Whats in it for youOur Group is fast paced and constantly changing, which makes it an exciting place to work.Along with the great people you would be working with in this role, we are offering an excellent set of benefits which would include the following:

Purpose of the roleThe Resourcing Consultant will work in-collaboration with the segment HR Business Partnering team on a wide range of dynamic talent related activities including
  • managing the end to end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the business both through direct sourcing and agency placement as appropriate
  • bringing a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent, using cutting edge attraction strategies including use of digital channels;
  • ensuring business plans and key strategic objectives are at the forefront of each recruitment plan;
  • pro-active market mapping for key positions;
  • utilising Networx for all candidate correspondenceensuring it is up to date and accurate;
  • coaching and training hiring managers to ensure best practice recruitment is embedded throughout the business; and advertising, interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent.
Person specification
  • Experienced Resourcing/Recruitment professionalideally experience gained in house in a similar role or consultancy side as an executive researcher
  • Experience of working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
  • Knowledge of leading-edge recruitment and selection tools (inc psychometrics)
  • Proven track record of identifying strong leadership capability in diverse markets
  • Enjoys complexity
  • Great at relationship management
  • Passionate about candidate experience
  • Delivery orientated
  • Proven experience using direct sourcing model of recruitment
  • Experience of working in Insurance is desirable
