Job Description

Our journey to net zero and nature enhancement will shape our estate for many years to come.As our Building Team Administrator, you will provide support to our busy Building Surveying Department. You will be responsible for all the secretarial and administrative tasks for the team, including audio and written note typing, electronic filing andarchiving, and organising visits, meetings and events.You will administer all building compliance matters and be the contact for tenant and contractor queries and repairs. We will also look to you to update property management systems, logging repairs and issuing work orders.To be successful, you will have previous administrative experience and will be tactful and discrete, with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
