Job Description

Team LeaderUp to £20,766.72 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications, 35 days holiday inc bank holidays, Employee Assistance Programme and Pension. Please note shift patterns and weekend working is required. Bladon House School is a residential special school for young people with complex needs including Autism, Prader Willi Syndrome, and learning difficulties. We have a national reputation for working successfully with young people who have a previous history of challenging services.We are seeking Team Leaders to manage a team of Residential Support Workers within one of our six on site residential homes. Working in an Ofsted rated Outstanding care provision, you will inspire your team to provide amazing opportunities to our young people.We can offer you:
