Technical Project Coordinator - FacilitiesContract minimum 6 months, potentially 12 monthsRate fully negotiable NewportThis role will report into the Site Services & Project Manager, delivering critical business improvement projects site wide. This will range from cleanroom expansion projects through to individual tool installation programs & facilities infrastructure upgrades. Job Duties: *Develop project scope of works for factory tool installations, central facilities plant upgrades, and cleanroom construction projects.*Validate accuracy of design information and subsequent preparation of project file for approval by Facilities Change Review Board (FCRB)*Provide information and instruction to CAD design engineers to enable accurate drawings*Manage cross-functional teams to ensure priority conflicts are resolved effectively.*Supervise on site contractors and sub-contractors, including method statements, risk assessments and permits to work.*Manage health and safety requirements, clearly demonstrating a Safe System Of Work in line with all project activities.*Track Performance To Schedule (PTS) and spend variance minimising VOsThe role will be initially 6 months but there is likely work for 12 months.
