Are you a Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challengeWe are looking for a 1st line support engineer with an interest in technology and a desire to develop their long-term careers within Sopra Steria.This is a 1st Line opportunity where you will support our Customers cloud infrastructure by providing advice and mentorship on issues. You will work within established processes, procedures, and mentorship, providing a range of support services to an agreedstandard.We work a 7.5-hour weekly shift rotation covering a 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri service. The role will mainly be on site due to security restrictions with the environment.You will be encouraged to feed into processes to ensure the service offered is relevant and up to date whilst working on end to end projects from outlining business case stages through to implementation and contract management.What you will be doing:
