Were looking for an exceptional Senior Legal Counsel to support the business legal and compliance objectives.Youll provide commercially-focused legal and compliance advice across IQEs global teams. Youll be focussed on delivering excellent advice on supply agreements, research and joint development agreements, non-disclosure agreements and in supporting thelegal team to develop and support the business as it enters a phase of growth.Youll identify risks and contribute to their mitigation, and provide specialist training for our people. Youll interact with a range of individuals including representatives from technology, sales, senior leaders and external counsel.You will take responsibility for IQEs day-to-day legal and compliance activities and support IQEs General Counsel & Company Secretary with strategic and complex matters.Key Responsibilities
