Customers are at the heart of everything they do, and it is the way that they do business, and the technology theydeploy to support customers which keeps them coming back to them.They now have an exciting opportunity to join their Sales Support Team for an individual who is passionate about Customer Experience.Key Responsibilities Checking of agreement documentation, issuing purchase orders and checking invoices to ensure accurate data capture and completely valid agreements Update systems to record all transaction details (telephone conversations, emails, internal communications) to ensure visibility across the business Prepare payout documentation accurately and according to company SLAs and Compliance standards Carrying out delivery checks with customers where required Liaising with Vendor contacts and Propel Account Managers to assist the working relationship with Vendors Complete transaction files and communicate requirements in a timely fashion with particular emphasis on a right first time approachCandidates will come from a customer service background and be IT Literate.Benefits 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Competitive Salary 2 additional days holiday after 5 years service Optional in Private Medical Cover Subsidised gym membership at £15 a month Half day seasonal shopping leave Auto enrolment pension - 3% employer contribution subject to eligibility Life Assurance 3 x basic salary Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7 Company funded events and expressions of appreciation
