Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated andexperienced Resort Assistant Night Manager to join us in delivering unparalleled service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during the night hours.As the Resort Assistant Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the resort during the night shift. Working closely with the Night Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction,security, and efficiency throughout the property. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence to contribute to the success of our resort and make a positive impact on our guests experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the night operations of the resort, including front desk, security, and guest services.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Monitor security systems and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
  • Coordinate with other departments to respond to emergencies, incidents, or guest disturbances as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute nightly reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and any incidents or issues encountered.
  • Uphold the resorts standards of excellence in guest service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
