Job Description

The RoleAs a Production Technician you will be responsible for the preparation of Rapid Test Sub Components.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Manufacture of Rapid Test sub components and other diagnostic products.
  • Batch record completion.
  • Labelling of Rapid Test sub components.
  • Packing and finishing of Rapid Test components.
  • Operating various pieces of production equipment associated with the manufacture of Rapid Tests and Components.
  • Maintenance, calibration and cleaning of equipment. Maintenance and cleaning of all production rooms.
  • Refer to appropriate person(s) e.g. supervisor or technical experts when issues arise
  • Compliance with BBIs quality system requirements.
  • Keeping GMP compliant records.
  • Adherence to all SOPs, EPs and relevant documents.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining individual Training Record.
  • General laboratory tasks as required.
