  • The Operations Leader RoleAs an Operations Leader you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Rapid Test production and will be responsible for leading the Production team. This includes, planning of day to day production for the team and ensuring execution and delivery in accordance with contract requirements. The role will also involve preparation of work plans, analysis and presentation of all results using excel and power point for review and presentation to the customer.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Lead the production team ensuring production milestones are met and all direct reports complete activities in accordance with the manufacturing schedule.
  • Be the key contact who provides technical support for the manufacturing of the product, including batch record review and works order closure
  • Liaise with the project manager, Operation and Development Team Leader and production department to agree the manufacturing schedule
  • Ensure the supervision and review of planned production is appropriate and timely
  • Ensure good laboratory practice including experiments have the appropriate controls
  • Ensure consistent data analysis and presentation of data to customers
  • Ensure scientists actively contribute and if appropriate lead internal Team Meetings
  • Ability to give clear and appropriate communication with colleagues and customers to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Delivery of effective and appropriate training to the scientists
  • RequirementsTo be successful in your application for Operations Lead, you should have experience of ISO13485 and a good technical understanding of immunoassays and associated production requirements.
