Job Description

Foxwood have teamed up with an exciting, up and coming e-commerce business based in Newport. As part of their continued growth they are looking to recruit a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team at an exciting stage of their development. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively and to a consistent standard, with the flexibility to adapt quickly within a fast-paced, ever-changing industry and take a hands-on approach to managing brand marketing.What Are We Looking For

  • A competency of use with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
  • A passion to grow new brands within an extremely fast pace industry.
  • A great communicator, someone with the confidence to challenge the modus operandi if they feel it can be changed for the better.
  • An open approach to self-development and learning new email marketing software and methods of social media marketing.
  • Reliability. This should be a given but, as our client is in a state of continual product development, the design and marketing of new products is business critical and requires someone willing to be 100% along for the ride.
  • The flexibility to work outside of your brief. Our client is an SME and will require a willingness to help on the filling line and packing area to meet demand. Don’t worry! You will be a graphic designer first and foremost.
    • Extra Skills That Would Be Advantageous
  • Experience in producing sales flows on chat bots.
  • Experience in using Klayvio email marketing software.
  • Experience with setting up artwork for label printing.
  • Holding a Postgraduate Degree or equivalent design qualification. This isn’t by any means a deal-breaker for our client, as all candidates will be judged on merit and by their portfolio. We appreciate that you don’t always need a qualification to be creative!
    • Please note that this role will be full-time but only four days per week. Required skills
