Job Description

Something of a unique role for a Junior Electrical Project Engineer as you will be working on a range of projects including vertical farms, glasshouses and energy.You will be part of the electrical & controls team where you will be given mentoring and training to assist you with the role. This means that you will quickly have input into designs, estimating while working to promotion from Junior Electrical Project Engineerto be a full Electrical Project Manager.This exciting post is based in Brough, East Yorkshire where you will be undertaking the following and more:* Reviewing electrical enquiries and agreeing a concept design.* Concept design provision and tender/specification preparation assistance.* Concept design development using CAD packages.* Involvement with preparing bills of materials, timelines for delivery as well as sub-contract enquiries and quotation review.You will also be involved with getting out on site, client facing meetings and helping out with resolving problems and issues that occur; its fair to say that they have a strong programme to ensure that you become a well-rounded Electrical Project Manager.On offer is a salary that recognises your experience to date, 25 days (plus stats) leave, various retail discounts and cashback, pension scheme, death in service insurance and an Employee Assistance Programme.They also have a fantastic record (and the resources) to provide outstanding mentoring, training and professional development to help you reach your goals.When applying it is likely that you will have an HNC qualification as a minimum in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
