Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within the EPoS / IT industry Would you love to work for an industry leader We are currently recruiting for EPOS Breakfix Engineers across the UK.We are recruiting for an independent IT service provider who offer a range of award winning EPoS and IT support services within Retail and Hospitality. You will be joining a team of over 120 permanent field engineers, attending customer site and ensuring thatcustomer service is top priority, calls are handled professionally and repairs are resolved in a timely manner.Whats on offer

  • £20,556 outside of London (40 hour week) / £25,368 in London (45 hour week)
  • Overtime at flat rate

  • On call when applicable - £120 per week, plus overtime if called out (1 week in 4)
  • Vehicle & Fuel card - Can be used for reasonable personal use - only tax payable
  • 22 days holiday rising with service, plus bank holidays

  • Full training providing (3 weeks onsite training including shadowing)
Working Hours
  • You will complete a 40 hour / 45 hour working week over 5 from 7
  • Weekend working every other weekend (have 2 days off in lieu in the same week)
  • 8am starts or 8pm finishes with a late finish typically 1 week in 3
  • 8am start at a local Bybox
  • Finish time is time leaving the final site and travel home is unpaid
What are we looking for
  • Field Service Engineering experience
  • Basic understanding of IT (will need to completed a basic technical test)
  • Interest in fault finding within this field
  • Be able to pass a DBS Check
  • Full right to work in UK
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Preferably 5 years work history to support airport passes
  • Excellent communication skills
