We have an exciting opportunity for a L1 Break Fix engineer to join a well-established organisation in Newport on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will complete the following tasks: *Delivery/Collection of Equipment*Raising UID, collection from loading bay & storage. Applies to new equipment & RMAs *Workflow tracker *Update Rack Elevation post installation*Network Capacity Audit for free ports on ACI, Management core and overhead switches*Stock checking for cables, SFPs, labels *Stock Request (request hardware and raise delivery request) *Projects (Attend meetings, support planning and delivery collection) *Raise requests to assign ports*Review snow tickets for SLAs*update snow tickets, check free ports, estimate length of cables required for patching, cable labellingThe successful candidate will need working experience as a break fix engineer.
