A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing business within the hottest industry and sector to work in at the moment.Client DetailsA leading manufacturer and supplier within the medical devises sector, this business has a diverse product range with quality and innovation at the heart of the business.DescriptionThe Supply and Demand manager will be responsible for worldwide demand management and control through coordinating appropriate teams and processes to ensure continued growth of the business. You will be responsible for:

  • The improvement of business processes to ensure first class customer service on a global scale
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts internally
  • Reporting on stock availability
  • Creating and reviewing weekly MRP
  • Accurate planning & demand reporting
    • ProfileThe successful candidate will:
  • Have previous experience within a similar role with a solid understanding of inventory management
  • Be an experienced people manager, with previous experience managing and developing a team
  • Be flexible and able to react to change
  • Have first class communication skills and IT skills
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • be target driven with a drive and Commitment of Excellence
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task
  • Have previous experience working with SAP
