Job Description

  • Have a passion for customer service, every day.
  • Guide every customer through the Robins & Day Customer Journey.
  • Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
  • Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
  • Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:
  • Estimate repair costs and times.
  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
  • Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

Lets Work togetherIdeally we are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. But dont worry if you have no automotive experience, a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and having a smile are the most important attributesas full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.A driving licence is needed for this role.At Robins & Day, we embrace and celebrate the diversity of each and every one of our employees.
