When you start you will receive full dedicated training from our fantastic L&D team, givingyou all the knowledge and tools youll need in order to kick start your career within recruitment! Fluency in either Norwegian, Finnish, Danish or Swedish is essential as you will be speaking with clients and candidates in one of these countries.Working as a Recruitment Consultant can be a very rewarding role, once you are fully trained you will be responsible for:Managing the full end to end process, from building relations with new clients through outbound business development calls, winning new business and negotiating terms with your new clients. Skills & Experience we are looking for:
  • Fluency in either Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish (native/fluent)
  • Written and spoken English
  • Experience working in a fast paced office environment or within sales
